Procedure for DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question as required by copyright law. For fairness, we may share the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the party accused of infringement. If you believe the content removal was an error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include: A description of the content that was removed and its prior location. Your contact details: name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury confirming your belief that the content was wrongly removed. A declaration agreeing to legal action and accepting the service of legal documents. Your signature, either physical or digital. We may restore the content upon receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
